Gain inner strength by inhaling & exhaling naturally in a state of Meditation & concentration. Allow the Universal energy to enter in and around, to feel the Chi or Vital essence flow through you. Be aware of the web of energy patterns flowing through the cosmos and use them to improve your well-being & state of mind.

We practice Tai Chi on Thursday evening, 7 30 - 8 30 pm. No previous experience neccessary, beginners are welcome.
